These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Premonition, including the website at prmntn.com and all related features (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Premonition is a research and intelligence tool that helps you identify companies that may be hiring before roles are publicly posted, based on monitored public and licensed signals (funding activity, hiring discussion, engineering activity, news, and regulatory filings).
You must be at least 18 years old to use Premonition. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Some content in Premonition — including fit scores, research summaries, and signal classifications — is generated using AI (the Anthropic Claude API) based on data pulled from third-party sources (Hunter.io, NewsData.io, SEC EDGAR, GitHub, Hacker News, and others). This content is provided for informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for a job search decision, outreach, or any other material purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, score, or summary.
Premonition surfaces possibilities, not promises. We make no representation that using the Service will result in any interview, job offer, or employment outcome. Your use of any contact information or company insight surfaced by the Service, including any outreach you choose to send, is solely your responsibility.
Premonition currently operates on a free or voluntary-contribution basis. If we introduce paid tiers in the future, we will provide clear notice of pricing and billing terms before any charge applies, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Nomadic Intelligence owns all rights in the Premonition product, including its software, design, signal-scoring methodology, and aggregated/de-identified data. You retain ownership of the personal notes, watchlist entries, and profile information you input. You grant us a limited license to use that input solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
Company and contact information displayed in Premonition is sourced from third-party providers and public records. We do not independently verify this data and are not responsible for its accuracy. If you identify inaccurate information about yourself or your company, contact us at privacy@prmntn.com.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadic Intelligence Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, employment opportunities, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomadic Intelligence Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including any individual whose contact information you obtained through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above and notify active users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
