When you use Discovery, Deep Research, or company enrichment features, we query third-party data sources and use AI processing (see Section 4) to generate company fit scores, research summaries, and signal classifications. This output is stored against your account so you can review and act on it later.
To help you identify who to reach out to at a target company, Premonition surfaces business contact information — name, work title, company email, LinkedIn URL — sourced from third-party providers such as Hunter.io. This data concerns individuals who have not created a Premonition account and have not directly provided us this information. We process it under a legitimate-interest basis limited to professional, work-context use (helping you identify an appropriate point of contact), and we do not use it for any purpose beyond that. See Section 9 for how an individual can request removal.
We collect standard technical data needed to operate the service: authentication session tokens (via Supabase Auth), basic request logs for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and a theme preference (light/dark) stored locally in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not currently run analytics or marketing pixels on the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your career profile or watchlist data to make any decision that affects your access to housing, credit, healthcare, or employment — Premonition only generates recommendations to you, which you are free to ignore, adjust, or override.
Premonition uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate company research summaries, fit-score reasoning, and signal analysis. Requests are proxied through our own server-side functions — your raw account data is sent to Anthropic only as needed to generate the specific output you requested, and your third-party API keys are never exposed to your browser or to other users. AI-generated content is informational and may contain errors; it is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and we encourage you to verify anything material independently.

Each provider processes data under its own commercial terms and data processing agreement. We select providers that offer a standard DPA and do not use customer data to train their own models without a contractual opt-out, where applicable.
We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, watchlist, signals, saved searches, and stored API keys promptly, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically no more than 90 days). Business contact data sourced from third parties is periodically refreshed or removed as it becomes stale.
We use row-level security policies so your data is isolated from other users' data, and route all AI and enrichment calls through authenticated, rate-limited server-side functions that keep API credentials out of the browser entirely. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account (Profile → Delete my account, or by exporting your watchlist). For anything else, email privacy@prmntn.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
This applies regardless of which state or country you're in — including residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as the European Economic Area and United Kingdom under the GDPR/UK GDPR.
If you are an individual whose work contact information appears in Premonition because a user looked you up as a potential point of contact at your company, you can request removal from our records at any time by emailing optout@prmntn.com with the email address or LinkedIn URL in question. We will remove the record and exclude it from future enrichment.
Premonition is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@prmntn.com and we will delete the account.
Premonition is operated from the United States, and the providers listed in Section 5 process data primarily in the United States. If you access Premonition from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email or an in-app notice.
